Permission is granted to temporarily use FinalStepPro for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may:

• Use the service for legitimate business purposes

• Create and manage project completions

• Store and access your project data

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by FinalStepPro at any time.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

User Responsibilities

As a user of FinalStepPro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FinalStepPro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if FinalStepPro has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Modifications

FinalStepPro may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
